Should I wait to take my pictures?
I am often asked, "Should I wait to take my pictures and list my house? We are going to... paint...buy new furniture...remodel the kitchen...spruce up the outdoor furniture..." My response is usually a firm NO. Most of the rental sites allow you to update your photos, and once your project is complete, you should immediately do so. What makes a good photo?
Your home's listing is your ticket into the rental market. Good photos take a bit of work...hiding clutter, choosing the perfect time of day, seeing your home with fresh eyes.
